Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,648 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GDPD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with GDPD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by GDPD2-low versus GDPD2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
