GDPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,894 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTIP, SLC8A2, and PCDH17. Each is linked with GDPD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYTIP grouped by GDPD2-low versus GDPD2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
