GDPD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC27-AS1, MSI2, and STXBP4. Each is linked with GDPD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD1-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDPD1 versus DNAJC27-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
