GDNF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDNF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,199 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDNF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, ANTXR1, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with GDNF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDNF-to-partner and partner-to-GDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDNF versus SGCD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
