GDNF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDNF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,829 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-170P, MTA2, and EI24. Each is linked with GDNF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDNF-to-partner and partner-to-GDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-170P grouped by GDNF-low versus GDNF-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
