GDNF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDNF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,377 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD6, FOXD1, and MARCHF3. Each is linked with GDNF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDNF-to-partner and partner-to-GDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDNF versus FRMD6 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
