GDI2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDI2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,524 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDI2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEGR1, TLN2, and PTPN12_S412. Each is linked with GDI2P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDI2P2-to-partner and partner-to-GDI2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDI2P2 versus NEGR1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDI2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDI2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
