GDI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,570 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBH1, KIN, and RBM17. Each is linked with GDI2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDI2-to-partner and partner-to-GDI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDI2 versus FBH1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
