GDI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, OR6N1, and TMEM114. Each is linked with GDI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDI2-to-partner and partner-to-GDI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by GDI2-low versus GDI2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
