GDF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,295 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCHS1, FBN1, and COL5A1. Each is linked with GDF6 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF6-to-partner and partner-to-GDF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDF6 versus DCHS1 in PAAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
