GDF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, Cyclin-B1, and Akt_pS473. Each is linked with GDF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF6-to-partner and partner-to-GDF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by GDF6-low versus GDF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
