GDF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,261 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEK, SLC25A5P9, and WNT6. Each is linked with GDF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF5-to-partner and partner-to-GDF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASEK grouped by GDF5-low versus GDF5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
