Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDF5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 556 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GDF5-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neuropilin signaling pathway, Negative regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Positive regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with GDF5-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-GDF5-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
