GDF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY22, CYCSP20, and TTTY13. Each is linked with GDF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF3-to-partner and partner-to-GDF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
