GDF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,716 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP16, BRF2_S353, and DYNLL2. Each is linked with GDF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF2-to-partner and partner-to-GDF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDF2 versus USP16 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
