GDF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B2, YARS1, and BCCIP. Each is linked with GDF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF2-to-partner and partner-to-GDF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF2B2 grouped by GDF2-low versus GDF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
