GDF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PREX1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with GDF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF2-to-partner and partner-to-GDF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by GDF2-low versus GDF2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
