GDF15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP72, RNU6-362P, and RNU6-774P. Each is linked with GDF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF15-to-partner and partner-to-GDF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP72 grouped by GDF15-low versus GDF15-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
