GDF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,043 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GDF15-GFRAL signaling pathway, Reduction of food intake in response to dietary excess, and Regulation of growth hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GDF15 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF15-to-partner and partner-to-GDF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GDF15-GFRAL signaling pathway grouped by GDF15-low versus GDF15-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
