Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,754 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Host-mediated perturbation of viral transcription, and RNA localization. Each is linked with GDF11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF11-to-partner and partner-to-GDF11 results are reported.
