GDF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY6H, PRAMEF17, and OR2H1. Each is linked with GDF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDF1-to-partner and partner-to-GDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LY6H grouped by GDF1-low versus GDF1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
