GDAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,173 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM33, RPS6, and NUCB1_T148. Each is linked with GDAP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDAP2-to-partner and partner-to-GDAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
