GDAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,947 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GDAP1_S11, MTA1, and RPS6KA5. Each is linked with GDAP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GDAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDAP1 versus GDAP1_S11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
