GDAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,620 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUNDC3A, SPTBN4, and IFI16. Each is linked with GDAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GDAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDAP1 versus RUNDC3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
