GDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR2, KNSTRN, and GPALPP1. Each is linked with GDA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDA-to-partner and partner-to-GDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTMR2 grouped by GDA-low versus GDA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
