GCSHP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSHP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,648 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSHP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P21, RPL3P2, and SERBP1P5. Each is linked with GCSHP5 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSHP5-to-partner and partner-to-GCSHP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSHP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSHP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
