GCSHP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSHP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,030 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSHP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Ribosome assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with GCSHP5 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSHP5-to-partner and partner-to-GCSHP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSHP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSHP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
