Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSHP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,781 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GCSHP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen, and Neutrophil chemotaxis. Each is linked with GCSHP4 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSHP4-to-partner and partner-to-GCSHP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of leukocyte cell-cell adhesion grouped by GCSHP4-low versus GCSHP4-high in STAD.
