Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,817 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSHP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with GCSHP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSHP1-to-partner and partner-to-GCSHP1 results are reported.
