GCSH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP10, PSME3IP1, and UBA3. Each is linked with GCSH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSH-to-partner and partner-to-GCSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCSH versus USP10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
