GCSH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCSH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,771 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM1, VPS4A, and GPT2. Each is linked with GCSH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCSH-to-partner and partner-to-GCSH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCSH versus PRDM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
