GCNT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and EGFR. Each is linked with GCNT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT4-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by GCNT4-low versus GCNT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
