GCNT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, A-Raf_pS299, and Ku80. Each is linked with GCNT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT3-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by GCNT3-low versus GCNT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
