GCNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFC1, IFNG, and RTN4IP1. Each is linked with GCNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFC1 grouped by GCNT2-low versus GCNT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
