GCNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, FASN, and INPP4B. Each is linked with GCNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by GCNT2-low versus GCNT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
