GCNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA1A, KRTAP10-3, and TREH. Each is linked with GCNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT2-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1A grouped by GCNT2-low versus GCNT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
