GCNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,168 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, AKT1, and ACKR3. Each is linked with GCNT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNT1-to-partner and partner-to-GCNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
