GCNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP39, RNU7-29P, and RNA5SP172. Each is linked with GCNA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNA-to-partner and partner-to-GCNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP39 grouped by GCNA-low versus GCNA-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
