GCNA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCNA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCNA-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY13, OR13C3, and ZC3H12B. Each is linked with GCNA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCNA-to-partner and partner-to-GCNA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P2RY13 grouped by GCNA-low versus GCNA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCNA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCNA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
