GCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PDCD4, and GAPDH. Each is linked with GCN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCN1-to-partner and partner-to-GCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by GCN1-low versus GCN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
