GCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN1B, MDGA2, and OR51B2. Each is linked with GCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCN1-to-partner and partner-to-GCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN1B grouped by GCN1-low versus GCN1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
