GCM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD2, DBX1, and CHRNA2. Each is linked with GCM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCM2-to-partner and partner-to-GCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCM2 versus CHCHD2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
