GCM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,100 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, AHSA2P, and ADCY10P1. Each is linked with GCM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCM1-to-partner and partner-to-GCM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCM1 versus LYG1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
