GCM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GCM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCM1-to-partner and partner-to-GCM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by GCM1-low versus GCM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
