GCM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, DPRX, and OR10V1. Each is linked with GCM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCM1-to-partner and partner-to-GCM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by GCM1-low versus GCM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
