GCLC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCLC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,821 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCLC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCLC_S8, AKR1C3, and PGD. Each is linked with GCLC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCLC-to-partner and partner-to-GCLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCLC versus GCLC_S8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
