GCKR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCKR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCKR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, JNK2, and 4E-BP1_pS65. Each is linked with GCKR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCKR-to-partner and partner-to-GCKR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by GCKR-low versus GCKR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCKR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCKR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
