GCKR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCKR mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,479 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCKR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRM3, ZBTB21, and KIF4B. Each is linked with GCKR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCKR-to-partner and partner-to-GCKR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRM3 grouped by GCKR-low versus GCKR-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCKR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCKR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
