Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with GCK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCK-to-partner and partner-to-GCK results are reported.
