GCK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCK mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,250 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCK-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRAT1, RIMS1, and PDCD11. Each is linked with GCK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCK-to-partner and partner-to-GCK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRAT1 grouped by GCK-low versus GCK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
